The Story

The Plumed Serpent, named after DH Lawrence’s novel, is a striking circular looking-glass, inspired by Quetzalcoatl, the Mesoamerican deity of wisdom and renewal. The generously proportioned cushion frame, intricately cloaked in bronze plumage, evokes the mythical presence of the serpent. Finished in a rich dark Bronze this piece celebrates ancient symbolism with contemporary craftsmanship.
