Ferro Vitro

In designing the Ferro Vitro Chandelier, the artist drew initial inspiration from Alberto Giacometti's dynamic, observational ink drawings of figures and objects in space. The integral studio-blown glass cube is enveloped in a hand-forged iron framework, while a myriad of bubbles in the glass refract light from a discreet source at the top of each lantern. Each in the edition is a unique and complex drawing of iron and glass in space.
