Swaledale Serpent

The artist's unique vision for an occasional table. one in the serpent series, dreamed, drawn and sculpted by the artist as an ode to ancient mythologies and archaeological treasures. The three cast Bronze serpents of naive design, are meticulously sculpted and finished in a rich bronze patina. They support a round top of ancient Crinoidal limestone, peppered with ancient sea-life fossils, over 350 million years old.
