The Story
A unique artisanal table is characterised by four sculptural lion legs which support a substantial round top made of ancient Crinoidal limestone. Adorned with fossilised shell-fish, Swaledale Fossil-stone, dates back over 350 million years. The top has been lightly leathered to accentuate the ancient and timeless atmosphere of the design. The lion's paw symbolises strength, courage, and nobility, beautifully reflecting the balance between wildness and grace this piece evokes.
