From sketchbook to workshop
Cox London was founded by Christopher and Nicola Cox who studied together at the highly reputed Wimbledon School of Art.
Nicola worked extensively in fine art bronze, and her experience of casting fine art work led to the creation of their first metal workshop in 2000. Chris is from an antique-dealing family which spans three generations, inspiring a passion for art, design and antiques. This understanding of period design, art and antiquity informs everything they design together.
Today the couple head Cox London where they design and manufacture unique and high quality lighting and furniture for interiors around the world. Working with their talented and professional team, Christopher and Nicola aim to produce highly original work of strong sculptural style and good classical proportions.
